New Year's Eve

The Magical Kingdom books span over a full year; from January 1st to December 31st. Every year, there is a dash for chapters. This year, I added 12 chapters to the usual 36 chapters. It would be a feat to finish all that in time for New Year's.

This morning, I woke up at 6:30 and wrote for five hours without stopping. Insane, I know.

Now it is lunch time, and I have finished the very last chapter, The kingdom for S & E 48.

Stats will follow once I regain conciousness.

Edit:

Stats have been figured out.

All of that, in one year.

*goes into shock so hard my brain explodes*

Happy New Year, my friends and readers. Happy New Year.

Spider

There was a giant spider crawling up and down the wall of my desk. I made a scary face. It ran under one of my drawings taped to the wall.

I ran to find a weapon.

I came back.

The spider was gone.

I set my Google Talk status to officially freaked out, and then ran to find my mom. I came back.

There was still no spider.

Mom and I searched and then mom went back to bed. I glanced at my desk nervously and then opened a Word doc to write.

A few minutes passed, no more, and something big and black fell off the ceiling and practically hit me in the head.

"AAIIEEEEEE!!!" *pencils, earbuds, and blanket go flying*

...

Now I'm sitting on the couch, watching my desk out of the corner of my eye, paranoid about giant spiders. And it's not even seven in the morning yet.

A Random Post

My Mom: Oh no, we forgot to get candy canes for the tree!
Me: Whaaaat??
My Mom: There was only one box at the store, and we didn't grab it....
Me: Then go to a different store!

Merry Christmas, dear readers. Over the last weekend, I have finished this year's Christmas special. For those of you who did not recieve it through email, I will post it up onto my blog on the 24th (two days, wheee!)

I think that's all for now. Oh, here, have a pic I drew with Paint.

Nessah or Rayon?

A few months ago, I posed a semi-important question to my group of readers: who was cooler, Nessah or Rayon? (Your opinion doesn't count right now, Silvermist. I know you're going to say Rayon and continue to say Rayon no matter what my argument is.)

Here are some pictures/descriptions for Nessah and Rayon:

Nessah Wildsom

He is a king, warrior, father, husband, half wolf man, and artist. At his best, he is gentle, supportive of his friends and family, and thoughtful. At his worst, he is vicious, rowdy, and bloodthirsty. He was invented in the fifth S & E chapter in the first book, more than four years ago. He has undergone hundreds of changes, but taken them all with ease.

Quirk: I don't know if I originally spelled his name 'Nessah' or 'Nesah'. I'll never know for sure.

Rayon Hunter

Like Nessah, Rayon is also a king, warrior, husband, and father. (In fact, secretly, Rayon is based off of Nessah, but you're not supposed to know that. [Oh, whoops. Now you do.]) Rayon is also a half lion man. At his best, he is eager, curious, heroic, and social. At his worst, he is reclusive, aggressive, and dangerous. Rayon was invented in a freewrite during November 2009. I never anticipated some of the things Rayon went through, but overall they have turned him into a much stronger character than I thought.

Quirk: Rayon loves ice cream.

So, readers, tell me which one you like more, or post some comments/arguments below. Remember to be nice when you argue, ok? Ok.

EDIT:

Ok. Nessah's winning. Go ahead and give a killer argument, Silver! ;)

A Plea for Help

All right, everyone. I am currently working on a submission for the school magazine and I need to use my writing skills to their full. I have decided to go for a humor short story; after all, not many school magazines have much humor in them any more.

I need some help. This current idea is slowly starting to fail. It is extraordinarily difficult to write an assigned story; even with a cast like mine. So, do you have any ideas, readers?

The requirements for this story:

-Two Pages (More or Less)

-Due by January

-I want humor

Thanks!

Coming Soon...

This year for Christmas, I'm not going to be writing a Christmas special.

Instead I will be making an animated movie.

Here are some of the 50+ drawings I have been working on for the movie:

I can't wait. ^^

This is What I May or May Not Look Like

Some of you are wondering... who on earth am I? You probably think I'm a disembodied voice from Pittsburgh. Or you may think I look like the little green guy in my profile pic.

I hate to disappoint you, but that is not what I look like. I have glasses.

I do have several drawings I did of myself. Here is one drawing with an expression I have regularly.

Or:

That second one would be my sleep-deprived face.

I also have a face for ranting:

That one was from a comic I drew.

So, now you may have an idea of what I look like. Not this, at any rate.

Random Post

Hey, I know I should probably do a post over the weekend, but I'm exhausted from a bad cold. So, here's a random post for you, and a picture.

A good caption would be, 'I am going to stare at your kneecaps until they burst into flames and melt'.

Actually, no. This is from the Christmas Special 2011, which I am going to go finish writing the script for.

Have a nice day!

December 1st

Today is December first, as you all know. Today isn't a special year mark or anything. However, it does mean that November is over and won't be coming back for another year.

I'm kind of depressed about this. I have to wait several more months for the next NaNoWriMo; I am also now diving into the dark wintery months. I'm also still coming to terms with the fact that I have finals this year.

Ahem.

However, despite the lack of November, I do have some things to look forwands to. This month is Christmas! I'm hoping for a pair of fingerless gloves. Thoughts?

Another thing I'm looking forward to is in four days... December 5th, the official year mark for my stories! On December 5th, I will have been writing with this team for four years in a row.

So, until then... I will mourn the loss of November. And do this:

Silver: Random question
Me: Shoot.
Silver: *BANG*
Me: *die*
